The patient or his/her family member can contact NU Hospitals International Patients Services department through telephone or email. You can mail us at care@nuhospitals.com for any query, booking an appointment, softcopy of your reports or your travel plans.

In case your visa expires during your treatment at NU hospitals, the hospital will sincerely provide all medical records and documents to evidence that your treatment is still continuing and request to extend your visa.

All of our medical and non-medical staff members speak English, so there will be no problem with language.

Your medical consultant will let you know about the date of your discharge. At the day of discharge your medical consultant and our medical team will clarify to you the surgery/treatment that you have had, the medications you need to continue and additional requirements (if any). The consulting team will hand over a detailed discharge summary, all medical investigation reports, documents and prescription.

You can send an email to our International Patients Services department and inform us about your progress or else you can call our customer support for any kind of advice and enquiry.

All payments can be made through credit cards/debit cards/cash at the time of admission or payments can also be transferred directly to the hospital account through a wire transfer.

The International Patients Service department of NU Hospitals could assist you in organizing your stay in reputed five star or three star hotels or comfortable guest rooms prior and post your treatment if required – according to your budget.

Bring all your medical documents, including CT scan/MRI films, health histories, photographs, immunization records, prescriptions and any other health records relevant to the patient. Remember to carry all these medical reports and any medicines in your carry-on luggage.
