He is the Director and Chairman of NU Hospitals. He also manages the Vigirom Group, which includes a distribution company, Vigirom & Co., that represents the Modi Xerox Corporation in Karnataka. Mr. Vijayakumar is also involved in assisting and promoting non-profit organisations such as the Vijayam Bharani Trust and the NU Trust. He is also the President of Heritage, a non-profit government-recognised organisation that supports culture, the fine arts and social awareness.

Mr. Shriram Vijayakumar (CEO): Mr. Shriram Vijayakumar is the Chief Executive Officer of NU Hospitals. His vision is to grow NU Hospitals into the largest nephro-urology care provider in India with the highest quality of patient care and service. He is also a director in the Vigirom Group, which has interests in fragrance manufacturing, aroma chemical distribution and distribution of office automation products. Prior to this, he lived in the United States and worked as a Senior Associate Consultant in Mars & Co., a global strategy consulting firm. During his time in Mars & Co., he has also worked and lived in Hong Kong, China, India and multiple cities in the United States, while consulting with some of the world's largest corporations in the FMCG, Automotive and Health Insurance sectors. Mr. Shriram has a double major in Economics and Information Systems with a track in Statistics and Data Mining, from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Mr. B. K. Rajendran (Director): Mr. B. K. Rajendran is a mechanical engineer by qualification. He is the Managing Director of the Mythreyi Group of Companies. A prominent builder in Bangalore with over 2 decades of experience, he is a member of KOAPA (Karnataka Ownership Apartment Promoters Association). He has executed prestigious projects in Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin and Hyderabad, based upon the fundamental values of excellence and integrity. He is associated with many prominent institutions and organisations, namely, Landmark Education, which is a global enterprise, Premaanjali Educational Trust and Tejas Education Trust. Apart from this, he is also on the board of NU Hospitals and NU Trust.
